Services:

Golf evaluations:

  • Physical assessment – Starting with a battery of tests and measures we identify issues that affect efficient motion, lead to or are causing pain and at the root of high scores.

  • Plan of care – Based on your goals and data gathered in our assessment we develop a prescription of activities that can range from treatments in one of our facilities to include physical therapy management of pain/injuries, or independently at home/gym.  Additionally, we can share the plan with your PGA professional to maximize success of goals.

  • Follow up – Reassessments are recommended every 6 – 12 weeks to be sure treatments are meeting goals.

Benefits of an investment in an assessment:

  • More effective golf instruction – Lessons are more productive and less frustrating as swing changes can be realized.

  • Maximize practice time – working on drills that will result in positive change vs irritated with same activities and same outcome.

  • Lower scores – Freeing movement improves impact position, power production and constancy.

  • More rounds played – Efficiency reduces energy demands leaving more available for another round or clean your gutters.

  • Enjoyment – Playing at your best is fun
